Le fer h\u00e9minique est la forme de fer la plus biodisponible, car jusqu'\u00e0 40 % de celui-ci est facilement absorb\u00e9 par votre corps.<br>-Le fer non h\u00e9minique provient principalement de sources v\u00e9g\u00e9tales et est pr\u00e9sent dans les c\u00e9r\u00e9ales, les l\u00e9gumes et les aliments fortifi\u00e9s.
