Over half a millin people have tested their fat content -sourish by the VITA laboratory in Oslo and 95 % showed unbalance, quite too much Omega-6 and too little of Omega-3.<br>In our food nowedays we get 10 times too much of Omega-6 owing to cheap vegetarian oils like palmoil, and oil from soya, maize and colza.<br>We eat too little of salmon, tuna, linseed and nuts that contents Omega-3. Because Omega-6 help to make inflammation contrary to Omega-3 that is obstructing on inflammations. The problem was that many Omega-3 manufacturers did not understand that as soon as the fish died, the fish oil began to rancidify and the fatty acids were destroyed.<br>When Professor Tom Saldeen started researching omega 3 in the 1980s, it turned out that the fish oils on the market were so rancid that they could not be used. Saldeen spent over ten years researching how to stabilise omega-3s with the beneficial DHA and EPA.
