Hon sa att hennes n\u00e4ra och k\u00e4ra hade f\u00e5tt Omega-olja men att det inte hj\u00e4lpte deras h\u00e4lsa, men n\u00e4r hon ersatte den med en b\u00e4ttre Omega-3 p\u00e5verkades hans h\u00e4lsa positivt. Problemet var att m\u00e5nga tillverkare av Omega-3 inte f\u00f6rstod att s\u00e5 snart fisken dog b\u00f6rjade fiskoljan h\u00e4rskna och fettsyrorna f\u00f6rst\u00f6rdes.<br>N\u00e4r Professor Tom Saldeen b\u00f6rjade forska om omega 3 p\u00e5 1980-talet och det visade sig att fiskoljorna p\u00e5 marknaden var s\u00e5 h\u00e4rskna att de inte kunde anv\u00e4ndas. Saldeen \u00e4gnade \u00f6ver tio \u00e5r \u00e5t att forska om hur man kan stabilisera omega-3 med de nyttiga DHA och EPA.
