What is Salvation and Christianity
Salvation is a gift by grace in christianity & Bible was written by 35 people
The christian Salvation is a gift
The biggest difference between Christianity and all religions is that salvation is a gift of grace in Christianity, because on the cross, Jesus paid all our debts.
“For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:
Not of works, lest any man should boast.” Bible, Eph 2: 8-9
All religions are an attempt to be saved through one’s own achievements, but since we all have faults and flaws, we cannot save ourselves through achievements.
Salvation is like a lamp filled with light
Being saved (born again) is like lighting a lamp. The lamp is there even if it is extinguished but there is no light in it, when you confess Jesus as Lord and receive forgiveness, light and life come into our hart that are spiritual dead, just like when a lamp is lit and filled with light and life.
“That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.” Bible, Rom 10:9-10
The Bible has 35 authors while religions have 1
Most religions have been started by 1 person while the Bible was written by 35 people in different ages. The Bible was written by doctors, kings, historians, prophets, and apostles.
God superintended the human authors of the Bible so that, while using their own writing styles and personalities, they still recorded exactly what God intended. The Bible was not dictated by God, but it was perfectly guided and entirely inspired by Him.
“All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:” Bible, 2 Tim 3:16
The central message or theme of the Bible is God’s plan of salvation—his way of providing deliverance from sin and spiritual death through repentance and faith. In the Old Testament, the concept of salvation is rooted in Israel’s deliverance from Egypt in the book of Exodus.
Christianity is God’s plan for man’s salvation
1 For thousands of years ago, the angel Lucifer and a third of the angels rebelled against God and they were cast out of heaven and became demons (fallen angels).
2 Man was designed in God’s image with free will and had to do everything except eat from the tree of knowledge.
3 The serpent lucifer (devil) tricked man into eating from the tree of knowledge and then man acquired a negative nature and lost communion with God and evil came into the world with disease and war.
4 God planned to save man by sending the Messiah through the Jews and He died on the cross and was resurrected, so all who believe in Jesus are saved.
5 Man has free will to receive the gift of salvation and live for Jesus and help people or to maintain his negative nature and engage in religions. Hitler and Stalin are examples of people filled with evil.
6 At the end of time, everyone will stand before God’s court and anyone who prefers evil will go to hell with the devil and demons.
7 God will create a new heaven and new earth where there is no sickness, sorrow and death.
Developing faith and finding fellowship after Salvation
Once a person has been saved, it is important to read the New Testament in the Bible and find a living Christian community.

True and False Christianity
Jesus warned against the apostasy and false Christianity and false religions when he said:
– “Watch out for false prophets. They come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ferocious wolves.” Bible, Matt 7:15
– “And then if any man shall say to you, Lo, here is Christ; or, lo, he is there; believe him not:
For false Christs and false prophets shall rise, and shall shew signs and wonders, to seduce, if it were possible, even the elect. But take ye heed: behold, I have foretold you all things.” Bible, Mark 13:21-23
– “Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light.” Bible, 2 Kor 11:14
Satan disguises himself as the angel of light, Moroni, and appears to Joseph Smith in 1823, 1 person who starts the religion Mormon Church while Bible Christianity has 35 authors. Smith took 40 wives and claimed that the angel said that polygamy is OK. Smith is making claims contrary to the message of the Bible.
In 610, Satan disguises himself as the angel of light, Jibril and appears to Muhammad, 1 person who starts religion Islam while Bible christianity has 35 authors. Muhammad claims in Sura 7:157 that it says about him in the Bible, Muhammad is lying, there is nothing about him in the Codex Vaticanus (Bible) from the 4th century.
The Pope kneels and worships the statue of Mary, which is idolatry according to the Bible.
Eirene and Pluto’s child from the pagan mother cult were named Mary and Jesus. Mary was also named Queen of Heaven from the mother cult.
All the pagan elements took the Catholic Church far away from the original Christianity of the Bible.
In the fourth century, Mary was given the name “Mother of God”, which led to Mary worship and icon worship spreading like wildfire through the Roman Catholic Church.
The Bible teaches that only Jesus can save, the Catholic Catechism states that only the Catholic Church can save (Catechism p 238-239, #816).
The Bible teaches that only Jesus can forgive sins, the Catechism states that only the Catholic Church can forgive sins (Catechism p 402, #1448).
